PENDING!

Ok, so let's start back at last week. On Sept. 27th, Nick, Stella and I took a little road trip to Vermilion, Ohio for a family weekend away. It was wonderful! We relaxed, played outside, took walks, a boat ride, dinner out as a family, dinner out for just Nick and me...just what we needed! The stress of trying to sell our house was getting to us...so, the best solution...get away from the source of the stress! While we were away, a couple came through to see our house for a second time...this led to an offer, some negotiating, an acceptance...and now...we're "under contract"!!! (so, we're almost sold...pending the inspection and a few other details!) YEA! Now the stress of selling is almost gone. Next order of business: buy a house!
Nick has already moved to Columbus and is "living" with a college friend temporarily while we try to find our new house. This weekend Stella and I will be joining him there to do some house-hunting with him. This all continues to be a bit overwhelming, but it's exciting and fun at the same time. We continue to be hopeful that things will continue to progress as they have. We just want our family to be together. That's the most important thing.
