And the Celebration Continues!

Even though Stella is 3 1/2 months old, there was yet another baby shower for her! Tamie and Ann (dear friends from camp) hosted a mini reunion/baby meet n' greet this past weekend. It was a whirl-wind couple of days filled with fun times with wonderful friends.

We went out to dinner on Friday night...just Nick and the girls. Then, on Saturday we were showered with love and some very thoughtful gifts. We received all sorts of fun things for Stella's room; some things to use now, some to grow into, a new diaper bag for me to use, the list goes on and on! Then, after opening gifts, we were treated to lunch!

Once we finished eating, Nick offered to take Stella home for her late afternoon lunch while the rest of us girls got pedicures. After our toes got some much needed attention (too bad the photo doesn't show Tamie's reindeer feet) we took the afternoon off for some real R&R.

I used that time to nap, while others used it to shop. Once we were all rested up, we met up again to head out for dinner. We had a couple additions to our group as Jeff and Kate drove from Columbus just to join us in all the festivities! (I think their time in Cincinnati was one hour longer than the amount of time spent on the road!--thanks again for coming!!!)

I am continually overwhelmed at the generosity we have experienced. Nick and I are so blessed to have such amazing friends. We are so appreciative of those people who really make an effort to go out of their way to make us feel so loved. You know who you are...THANK YOU!
It's such a treat for us to continue to share these special times in our life with such wonderful people. Thanks for being there to experience it all with us!

***BIG DEVELOPMENT over the weekend: Stella rolled over from her tummy to her back for the very first time on
Saturday, June 2!
Before we know it, she'll be running circles around us.***

Yay! I made the blog! We enjoyed spending time with you this weekend and we enjoyed looking at the blog. I love the baby bird story! If you ever have to rent a car, we would highly recommend the Impala, hoky, but it drove so well! We miss you already! Bananie
